You may be using the wrong username/password combination to log in. You email address is NOT your username. You must use your username to login. Check the sign up confirmation email we sent you if you can't recall your username. Search for an email from any of these domains: iverificationsystems.com, safely-secure.com, securejoins.com, or secure-deliver.com. If you can't find it, try checking your email account's spam folder.
The fastest way to obtain your user name or password is for you to return to the site that you originally signed-up for and click on the "Forgot Password?" link found on the login page. You will then be asked to provide the email address you used to join the site with. Once completed, your password will be e-mailed back to you. If you aren't receiving your password via email, be sure to check your email account's spam folder.
Our system does not allow changes to usernames. Changing your password is easy. Simply login to your account, click on Account Settings at the top, and then click the Change My Login Password link.

If you are getting an error failed on uploading pictures to your profile they could be the wrong format or too big for upload. Try taking a " selfie" from your phone and try again.
Pictures
- Maximum File Size is 7MB.
- Minimum Photo dimensions are 200 width and 200 height.
- The photo file must be a standard JPEG file. CMYK JPEG files will be rejected.
- Any other file type renamed to have a .jpg extension will be rejected.
Videos
- Maximum File Size is 25MB.
- File formats supported: .flv, .mov, .wmv, .rm, .mpeg, .mpg, & .avi.
Simply login to the site, click on the View My Profile link at the top. There are five basic sections in the profile info that you can update: Member Photos, About Me, Looking For, and Physical and Personal Attributes.
Note: All submitted content (pictures, videos, profile info) is subject to our approval process and may take anywhere from two to four hours to get approved.
It's really easy to change what emails you do / don't receive from us. Simply login to the site, click on the Account Settings link at the top, and then click the Set My Site Mail Sending link.
Simply login to your account, click on Account Settings at the top, and then click the Remove My Profile and Delete My Account link.
Note: deleting your account is PERMANENT and cannot be undone. We HIGHLY recommend instead of deleting you simply set your profile to "Not Viewable to All Members (Profile Suspended)" in the Account settings page instead of deleting your account!
